Personal and Semi – Private Training (2 to 4 people):
Our training sessions are one hour duration and we offer you the option to train at your home or at a private gym in East Boca Raton. Prior to our first meeting we will have you fill out an online form to provide us with your health history and fitness goals. During our first session we will perform a movement assessment that will give us more information to design the program that will be best suited for you.

Golf Performance / TPI:
If you want to improve your golf game, this method is for you. As a Golf Fitness specialist, I will design a personalized program built upon proven methods from the Titleist Performance Institute and CHEK Institute. This will help you move better to produce a more efficient golf swing and hit the ball more consistently and further. Training the proper muscles of your body will allow you to play at your best and reduce the risk of injury and low back pain.
Pre/ Post Natal:
Pregnancy is such an exciting and wonderful time to witness what the
body is capable of. This time can also bring a lot of confusion around exercise: Is it safe? What can I do? What should I avoid?
Our certified holistic pre and post natal corrective exercise specialist will help and guide you to feel strong, healthy and confident in each phase of your pregnancy and after delivery.
Exercising during pregnancy has been proven to have a significant number of benefits:
For the mother: Reduces pregnancy discomforts, helps to manage diastasis recti, prevent incontinence and reduce weight gain. Staying active during pregnancy will also make labor easier and help you to heal faster
